We had contacted two other companies, one who made a service call and tried to sell us a new system ($4,000 to $8,000 depending on type). Contacted Clear Water Concepts and spoke with Moses. I described what was happening with our system and he deduced it was probably a valve seal. Mike came out and did a diagnosis and determined it was in fact a seal, which he replaced. System is working properly now. Only paid for service call ($149). Based on age of system, we should be good for about 5 more years! Clear Water Concepts is the best!
