Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a process during which water enters through a series of pre-filters to eliminate sediment, organics, and other contaminants. Water is then forced through a semi-permeable membrane which purifies the water and reduces dissolved solids by 90-98%. Reverse Osmosis is the most economical and effective way to improve drinking water quality. Most bottled water is produced using RO technology, which is displayed on the label.

Clear Water Concepts provides several options regarding RO, including UV sterilization, mineral filters for added flavor, and designer faucets to customize appearance.
